Mother's Day 2010

Had a great morning today. I was invited to a Mother's Day brunch with Dakota at school and he got all dressed up this morning and escorted me to his room and then the class sang for all the moms. We were ALL crying. I am truly blessed!

Go Comets Go!

Well, the Comets took on the Wizards and what a game! Comets WON 4-3! This was Dakota's first ever soccer game and we are so proud of him! Next week he takes on team Dynamo!

Dakota working hard to get the ball. His coach said it was hard to believe he has never played soccer before. Made me want to cry! His first game is March 27th..can't wait! Go Comets!

It is snowing in LA (Lower Alabama)!

Well, I turn 40 on January 16th and everyone at work was going to make sure I did not forget it. My dear friend Helen put black balloons in front of my office, while my sweet friend Jessica put pink and white. The sales people serenated me with the "Happy Birthday" song in the sales meeting and at 2pm it was time for cake. As usual, I was surrounded by good friends and I love them dearly.
